Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Brewster AI, a service of JNova IT Solutions. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Your account
Keep your login details secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You must be at least 18, or have the permission of the business you act for.
2. Acceptable use
Only audit websites you own or are authorised to audit, or public competitor sites at the light volume the service allows. Do not use Brewster AI to overload, attack or scrape sites, to get around plan limits, or to reverse engineer the service. Our crawler identifies itself as BrewsterBot and respects robots.txt.
3. Plans and billing
Brewster AI has three plans: Starter, Pro and Agency, plus optional one-time add-ons (section 5). There is no free plan; instead, every plan starts with a free trial (see section 4). Plans are billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly, in advance, through PayPal, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Usage limits (sites, pages per audit, audits and AI fixes) reset on the first day of each calendar month. You can switch plans at any time; PayPal will ask you to approve the new price.
4. Free trial and minimum term
- Free month: your first month on any plan is free. When you start the trial, PayPal asks you to approve the subscription. Nothing is charged during the trial, and your first payment is taken automatically when the trial month ends.
- One trial per customer: each person, business and PayPal account can use the free trial once. If a PayPal account has already used a trial, we cancel the new trial subscription and you can subscribe again with billing that starts immediately.
- Minimum term: by starting a trial you commit to a minimum term of the free month plus your first paid billing period: one paid month on monthly billing, or one paid year on yearly billing. You can cancel from the Plan & billing page once the minimum term has ended. The page shows the date from which you can cancel.
- After the minimum term: you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken.
- Cancelling early through PayPal: PayPal lets account holders stop automatic payments from their PayPal account at any time. If you do that before the minimum term ends, your access to Brewster AI ends immediately (including during the free month), and the fee for the first paid billing period of the minimum term remains payable to us.
- Failed payments: if PayPal cannot collect a payment, your access is paused until the payment succeeds. After repeated failures PayPal may suspend or cancel the subscription.
- Refunds: payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods, except where the law requires a refund. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
5. Add-ons: Brewster AutoFix for WordPress
- One-time purchase: each licence is a one-time payment (USD 9 at the time of writing) through PayPal. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Add-ons can be bought without a Brewster AI subscription.
- One website per licence: a licence works on one website (one domain) at a time and locks to the first site that activates it. Using one licence on several sites, sharing licence keys or trying to get around the one-site lock is not allowed and may lead to the licence being revoked without refund.
- Moving a licence: you can move a licence to a new domain by deactivating the plugin on the old site, or by releasing it in your Brewster AI dashboard (once every 30 days). Extra websites need extra licences.
- Downloads: each licence has its own plugin zip containing its licence key. Keep it private; you are responsible for where it is installed.
- Fair use: each licence includes 300 AI suggestions per month for its website. Scans continue the following month when the allowance is used up.
- Changes to your site: in Auto mode the plugin changes SEO titles, meta descriptions, image alt text and indexing settings without asking first. Every change is logged and can be undone, but you remain responsible for your website's content and should keep backups.
- Updates and support: the licence includes plugin updates and email support while we offer the product. If we ever stop offering it, the plugin will keep working for its existing features as far as reasonably possible.
- Refunds: add-on payments are non-refundable once a licence has been activated on a website, except where the law requires otherwise. Unused licences can be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.
6. AI-generated content
Brewster's fixes and answers are generated by AI from your audit data. They can be incomplete or wrong, so review them before publishing. You are responsible for the changes you make to your website.
7. No guarantees on rankings
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or AI-assistant mentions. Scores reflect the checks we run at the time of an audit.
8. Your content
You keep all rights to your data and reports. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features. If a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Ending the service
You can delete your account once any active subscription has been cancelled under section 4. Add-on licences end when the account is deleted. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
